The Mindful Movement Session is a low-stakes movement space designed for people who want to move their bodies in a gentle and liberatory way. Think yoga, plus dancing, plus simple moves that build everyday strength for actions like carrying, pulling, and lifting things off the ground. The session will include body scans, breath work, free-form dance, and strength-building set to music. Modifications and options will be provided for every movement. No weights are involved, just your body and everyday objects. If you’re looking for a way to engage your body and access some joyful movement, join us!
