We will pick a problem to solve and use the morning to run Katas against the problem. Your facilitator will help lead you through and engaging experience of learning with your pair programming partners. Come to share your experience and learn from others to be a better code crafts-person.

MMCR is about practice, learning, and trying something new. We’re not perfect, but by perfect practice, we can become better.

The half day retreat format is done to give you some focussed time and space to practice something, maybe something you haven’t even tried before. We do this in order to sharpen the saw.

We learn best when paired in groups of people who have different ideas, thoughts, and approaches to unique problems or problem spaces.

The code retreat is about practice, not about delivering a product on deadline.
